Sales Process Specialist, PORSCHE RUSSLAND
Description:
- Define and implement strategy for a professionalized sales funnel, lead and
contact management targeted at sales consultants
- Develop with the Porsche partners specific local Marketing- and customer
acquisition measurements to support Porsche sales and image in localized
markets in coordination with Marketing and Sales
- Integrate and monitor dealer Marketing activities within an agreed dealer
Marketing plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales
- Develop, implement and monitor a dealer contact and test-drive plan in
coordination with the regional sales managers
- Implementation of Best Business Practices that lead to increased number of
new contacts and leads
- Responsible for documentation of all dealer Marketing activities within the
defined database and analysis-system.
- Support CRM Manager in administration of Porsche CRM System
- Support Maintenance of Porsche PPN Portal (dealer communication
portal)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years working experience in Automotive consulting / automotive
business
- Experience in working in a luxury brand environment
- Experience in developing and implementing Marketing- and Acquisition
Plans
- Professional experience on retail business development with respect to
sales processes, CRM and lead management and dealer business development
- Proficient background in the area of finance/financial indicators
- (KPIs, financial statements, financial dealer analysis)
- Experience in giving trainings and coaching to dealer management on
specific projects
- Strong communication skills
- Focuses on business success, clear targets and measurable results
- Understanding of Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
- University degree in business administration/economics/finance
- Preferable with international experience during studies
- Languages: Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- IT: strong IT skills MS Office, SAP and Online Systems
Terms:
- 2-year contract
- 30% of working time- business trips
