Dealer Project Specialist, PORSCHE RUSSLAND

Description:

• Implement Porsche KPI (Key Performance Indicator System) at Porsche dealerships
• Analyze dealer environment and local DMS and financial and accounting systems
• Develop and implement a news used car strategy for the Russian market based on central Porsche AG used car programs
• Develop and execute projects to support used car / trade-in business
• Develop, implement and steer salesmen incentive programs
• Support administration of dealer management tools (training, certification, training events, conferences)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years working experience in Automotive consulting / automotive business
• Experience in working in a luxury brand environment
• Proficient background in the area of finance/financial indicators  
• (KPIs, financial statements, financial dealer analysis)
• Professional experience at POS with respect to used car sales
• Experience in giving trainings and coaching to dealer management on specific projects
• Strong communication skills
• Focuses on business success, clear targets and measurable results
• Understanding of Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
• University degree in business administration/economics/finance
• Preferable with international experience during studies
• Languages: Fluent in Russian (speaking and writing), English and preferably German 
• IT: strong IT skills MS Office, SAP and Online Systems

Terms:

• 2-year contract
• 30% of working time- business trips
